If you’re looking for lobster rolls, this is the place. They make them several ways, using your choice of warm-water Florida spiny lobster or cold-water lobster from Maine. Served cold with mayo or warm with drawn butter, PBL has 1/4-pounders or 1/2-pounders for lobster roll aficionados!
Lobster mac, fresh catch of the day sandwiches and entrées, and rotating seafood specials. You’ll only find what’s fresh, and you can definitely taste the difference. Bahamian classics like cracked conch and conch fritters. They’ve got stone crabs (in season) and a delicious chuck brisket blend burger, too. Quench your thirst with a great selection of local craft beers on tap or by the bottle, wine, and craft sodas.
Founded by father and son Scott and Kyle Christoffers, they come from generations of commercial lobster divers, fishermen, and treasure hunters. For years, they fished the waters off Palm Beach and Jupiter, harvesting spiny lobster and local seafood with their own hands. When the pandemic hit in 2020, with local markets closed, they started selling their fresh seafood directly to friends and family, and what started as a pivot evolved into a thriving delivery and catering business fueled by a passion for fresh, sustainable seafood.
They spent a year personally renovating a 96-year-old building in Historic Old Northwood by hand, transforming it into an inviting nautical space featuring a hand-painted pirate map mural, fish-carved tables made by hand, and historic photographs that celebrate the rich heritage of the area.
